Intermatic's energy saving occupancy sensor monitors virtually any area within a home, small business or commercial building. This model incorporates passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect human presence in a room. It will monitor a specific area to detect heat generated naturally by people. When the heat is detected the lighting will automatically turn ON, then OFF again when the presence is no longer detected. This sensor is simple to install and meets California Title 24 requirements.
