Our Value Line bench shear is designed with high-tempered carbon steel cutting blades that can cut plates up to 10 gauge (0.0100" / 2.6" mm) thick. The blade length measures 6", and will cut a maximum length of material at approximately 4-1/2". Features a 24" long handle that helps with cutting thicker metals. Adjustable support rod can assist in holding sheet in position for cuts. The hole on the side is ideal for cutting rods, up to 3/8" in diameter. The footprint of the bench shear measures 11-1/4" x 5".Mounting will requires 4 nuts and bolts (hardware is no included).
