Safety

Complacency leads to casualties in construction. We want to ensure that all employees and partners arrive home to their families at the end of every workday, so we are committed to holding safety and security paramount.

Our team of professionals are versed in the contents of the US Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1, 40-Hour OSHA and HAZWOPER Certified, CPR/AED Certified, Confined Space Entry Certified, Lead Abatement Certified.

Scope

From conception to close-out, a project’s scope can be an iterative process. Our team believes that efficiency and effectiveness is achieved through experience.

We have experience writing Federal Government Scopes of Work that capture a variety of mission critical requirements. Details are crucial, and communicating those details appropriately are the difference between successful and unsuccessful projects.

Cost

Our team analyzes both explicit and implicit costs associated with our clients’ requirements. Financial integrity is achieved by understanding implicit costs and sharing that information with our clients early in the project lifecycle.

We utilize local suppliers and manpower to the maximum extent to maintain competitive pricing. Garnering our experience as Federal Acquisition Workforce employees gives us the knowledge needed to partner with our clients to avoid cost overruns, and work through the change order process efficiently when necessary.

Quality

Quality materials and workmanship are essential to facility and equipment longevity. Tekniwell’s partnerships with industry professionals, equipment manufacturers and suppliers gives our team access to the most current technology and knowledge base; essential keys to overall project success.

Schedule

We utilize the Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling technique to plan, control, and assess overall project performance. Our scheduling professional(s) develop a comprehensive presentation of the path to completion that includes detailed work breakdown structures and cost loading that allows our clients to make informed decisions when changes are inevitable.
